An increasingly rare Dingley made Salmon Fly reel in the Perfect styling 4¼" diameter wide drum.
This reel was made for J.S. Sharpe of Aberdeen and is in excellent condition free from wobbles and line burns. The reel is free from cracks and really is a great example with the very rare phosphor bronze line guide. The foot measures 3" in length.
This reel is the early 40's version with spool release clasp. This is a classic reel fully functioning with adjustable tension for steelhead and salmon.
