Another rare MALLOCH the number 9 all brass reel a diameter of 4.1/4" salmon-fly reel.
This reel spins well and the pawl check is strong and loud
The centre brake functions correctly and is all original
The handle spins well and is slightly bruised in cream ivorine
The foot is slightly undulating at each end where it was clapped to rod
A few dings on the rim but do not impede winding at all
The pillars are all correct free from line burns, so a great collectors reel.
