Shipping policy
To avoid any confusion for our EU customers, Brexit has not affected our shipping costs in Northern Ireland, and we will continue to be tariff free, please see information below which we have taken from from nidirect.gov.uk

Customers that live in a country that is not part of the EU may have their own individual process for their country so please check this before ordering from us.
All of our items are tracked and insured in transit. We use Parcel force for our larger items going to the UK & the US. We use An Post for our larger items travelling to the EU; fishing rods, large fly cases etc. We use Royal Mail for our smaller items travelling to the UK, Northern Ireland & the US.
Once ordered we will e-mail you your individual tracking number which can traced online (this may take 1-3 days)
Please contact us with any delivery query's you may have & we will be as helpful as possible.
Please be aware of any custom charges specific to your country. It’s very rare you will be charged, however by making payment for your item(s) you are in-turn agreeing that you will be responsible for payment of any duties that may be charged. Message us if you have any queries.
PayPal - you don't need a PayPal account to buy an item from our website, PayPal buy now allows you to pay with your bank card & accepts many different payment types. If you would like to pay for an expensive item in instalments, please let us know, we would be happy to oblige. We also accept cheque/bank transfer, just drop us an e-mail and we will sort something out that works best for you. We do not accept cash in the post.
If you need to change a shipping address, please contact us and we may be able to change it if your item(s) haven't left our vicinity.
We are unable to ship to any PO box address as this is not very secure.
So far we are proud to say we have been able to ship every product safely to our customers WORLDWIDE, however we have the right to refuse shipping item(s) to certain areas of the world if we believe your item would not travel safely to you with the couriers that we use; on occasion it is possible that we may require an additional shipping charge depending on your delivery address and/or shipping requirement(s); In this case we will e-mail the e-mail address provided by you on your account/payment receipt and await your response, if you are unhappy with the additional charge we will issue a full refund immediately via the payment method used.
