A rare 1912-17 Hardy salmon Uniqua 4" diameter. The reel is lovely & free from damage.
There is no wobble to the spool and no line grooves on pillars, there is a hint of line wear on the inside of the frame near the pillar 2, but inconsequential - every aspect is original and correct. The foot is full length (93mm or 3.5/8th" long) and of course the original white handle. The reel is stamped on the face plate HARDY'S PATENT "UNIQUA REEL", and numbered inside '37707.' The check is good and strong.
